Troopers is an employment and recruitment platform for part-time and freelance workers, built with the aim of making job opportunities more accessible and for businesses to increase their productivity by reducing their recruitment time.
The app connects jobseekers with local employers with an aim to improve the quality of jobs available and reduce the time spent on recruitment. The platform uses technology to enable jobseekers to simplify job applications for their choice of work from an available list. The app automatically takes the jobseeker's resume and then displays it in front of the employer.
For employers, once they find a suitable candidate through the app, they will be able to pay them at the end of their job term. If the jobseeker chooses to leave the employer after a certain time period, the employer will automatically be notified.
